Deposit/Withdraw

There is a deposit and withdraw button in a menu. Click on a button and choose your method. For now, two methods are available:

A direct EDG deposit or other cryptocurrency deposits through the shapeshift EDG gateway.
A direct EDG deposit can be done using any Ethereum wallet where you store your EDG.
Shapeshift - chose a currency you want to deposit and follow the instructions provided.

Where could I get EDG tokens?

You could get them directly in the platform using Shapeshift or you could buy them in the exchanges outside of the platform - Bittrex, Liqui, Changelly, Tidex, Upbit, etc.

Can I withdraw more than 50 EDG?

Yes, the withdraw is unlimited.

How could I sign up?

You need to fill all of the required fields and send us your passport and utility bill in order to be verified.

How long does the verification take?

It depends on the language of your documents and the quality of it, but it should take around 1-2 days.

Why do I need to send my passport and utility bill?

Since Edgeless has a license, we are legally required to use the KYC procedure and sending passport and utility bill is a part of it. This helps us to stop gambling before 21 and ban users from the countries that cannot play in our platform.

Should the utility bill be in English?

No, it could be in your native language. However, sending in English would help for you to be verified faster.

What is the oldest utility bill I could use?

It should not be older than 3 months.

Which countries cannot play?

Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, France, the Netherlands, Saba, Singapore, Statia, St. Maarten and the United States of America

Could I win more than 50 EDG?

Yes, your winnings are unlimited.

Am I paying any fees?

Yes, since the game is on the blockchain, you need to pay the gas cost. Gas costs depend on a current state of the blockchain and miner fees.

However, we managed to optimize our smart-contracts (using state-channel technology) to such an extent, that Edgeless gas cost is extremely low in comparison to other Ethereum projects.

How to check the Fairness?

Go to the “Fairness section
-> press “Verify this bet on contract”
-> press “Verify this bet on etherscan”
-> you should see this line that is from etherscan and shows the fairness.

Why should I customize my seed?

When you are customizing your seed, it helps to ensure the fairness of our casino. With customized seed, there is no way for us to falsify the answer of RNG.
